At Woodind, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to deliver high-quality furniture products and ensure a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product received is damaged during delivery
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product has manufacturing defects
  • The item is significantly different from the order placed

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • The product must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging, invoice, and accessories must be retained

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Customized or made-to-order furniture
  • Minor color or texture variations caused by lighting or screen settings
  • Products assembled or modified by unauthorized persons

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
  3. Provide your order number and purchase details

After verification, we may offer:

  • Replacement
  • Repair
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund (if replacement is unavailable)

4. Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.

After Dispatch

Once the product has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Customized or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production begins.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider and banking process.

In some cases:

  • Shipping charges may be non-refundable
  • Payment gateway charges may be deducted where applicable

6. Return Shipping

  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, return shipping may be arranged or covered by Woodind.
  • For other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Inspection & Approval

All returned products are subject to inspection before approval of replacement or refund. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
